Oklahoma State University's food science graduate program is built upon the principles of academics and research. One of the aspects of our program that makes us unique is our access to the Food and Agricultural Products Center. FAPC provides a dynamic research environment for graduate students seeking hands-on application of their education.

The Food Science graduate program encourages students to present research at several competitions throughout their time at OSU. These include the FAPC Food Science Research Symposium, OSU 3 Minute Thesis Competition, the 3 Minute Presentation and any other research competitions we’re involved in.
