FAPC will offer a HACCP Verification and Validation Workshop. This workshop will cover the following areas.
Topics:
- HACCP and Preventive Controls Overview
- Verification of PRP’s/GMP’s/FSMA Preventive Controls
- Process Validation
- Microbial Validation
- Validation (FSIS) of HACCP and Food Safety Plans
- Verification and Validation to Meet GFSI Schemes
Registration:
- Cost: $350 per person for large companies (greater than 10 employees); $250 per person for small Oklahoma-based companies (10 or less employees). A $25 fee will be billed to those who fail to cancel or attend.
