Student group awarded funding to improve research presentation skills

Student Professional Development Group of the Oklahoma Association for Food Protection selected for a $1,000 award for the Short Research Presentation Grants sponsored jointly by the the Oklahoma State University Graduate College and the Vice President for Research Office.

Congratulations to the Student Professional Development Group of the Oklahoma Association for Food Protection for being selected for a $1,000 award for the Short Research Presentation Grants sponsored jointly by the the Oklahoma State University Graduate College and the Vice President for Research Office.

The funding will be used to host programs in the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center, a part of OSU's Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The programs will include lecture series by experts, discussion and practise sessions, and research presentation competitions to improve research presentation skills of graduate students.
