Head Country helps FAPC add value to Oklahoma
For more than a decade, the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center on the Oklahoma State University campus has been serving the food and fiber industries of Oklahoma by providing many services, including product development, laboratory and technical assistance and educational workshops.

FAPC-OSU scientist speaks at seminar and tours meat plants in Chile
An Oklahoma State University scientist was invited to speak during a food safety seminar at Universidad Catolica de Chile and tour meat processors in Santiago, Chile in July.
OSU teams dominate in product development competition
Second place goes to Oklahoma State University with the product Country Breakfast Coil. And, the first place winner is Oklahoma State University with the product Baja Chimipopper.
FAPC seminar focuses on food allergen issues
Studies show between 6 and 7 million Americans suffer from food allergies. Because of the presence of food allergens, the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center, located on the Oklahoma State University campus, held a seminar for its faculty, staff and students to learn more about the latest food allergen issues.
FAPC Analytical Services receives national accreditation
The Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center Analytical Services, located on the Oklahoma State University campus, has been accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) in the chemical field of testing.
