- Economic impacts of food safety regulatory changes on the development and growth of local food systems
Research this quarter included impacts of possible exemptions in the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) for small farms and food processors and the transportation costs per dollar of sales for supplier members of the Oklahoma Food Cooperative.
