Top ten freshmen men and the top ten freshmen women named
Twenty students have been selected as the Top Ten Freshmen Men and the Top Ten Freshmen Women for their achievements and involvement during their first year at Oklahoma State University. Eight students from the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources were selected to receive this honor.
The students are selected based on criteria that includes scholarship, community service, campus involvement and outstanding leadership throughout their freshman year. They are also judged on their individual performance during an extensive interview process. The annual selection process is coordinated by the Achafoa Chapter of Mortar Board at OSU.
The students were formally recognized during a ceremony on Saturday, Oct. 4, in the Browsing Room of Edmon Low Library, and again later that day during half time of the OSU-Iowa State football game.
