Thirteen CASNR students selected as OSU Seniors of Significance

Thirteen CASNR students have been selected as Oklahoma State University Seniors of Significance for the 2015-2016 academic year by the OSU Alumni Association. The Seniors of Significance Award recognizes students who have excelled in scholarship, leadership and service to the campus and community and brought distinction to OSU.

Thirteen College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources students have been selected as Oklahoma State University Seniors of Significance for the 2015-2016 academic year by the OSU Alumni Association.

The Seniors of Significance Award recognizes students who have excelled in scholarship, leadership and service to campus and community and have brought distinction to OSU.

The College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources of Significance are listed below with their hometown and major.

Kyle Hilbert, Depew, Okla., agribusiness

Jimmy Hutson, Burns Flat, Okla., agribusiness and agricultural communications

Daniel Jordan, Paradise, Texas, landscape architecture and landscape management

Lindsay Vee King, Oakland, Neb., animal science and agricultural communications

Kalyn McKibben, Wyandotte, Okla., animal science - business

Gretchan Moore, Muldrow, Okla., biochemistry and molecular biology and microbiology

Mandy Schroeder, Nash, Okla., agricultural leadership

Rebekah Sook, Midwest City, Okla., biochemistry and molecular biology

Mary Dwayna Temple-Lee, Pauls Valley, Okla., animal biotechnology and biochemistry and molecular biology

Alexis Wiebe, Hooker, Okla., agricultural economics

A public reception to recognize all 49 Seniors of Significance will be held on November 23 at 5:30 p.m. in the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center in Stillwater, Okla.
