Give What You Can Philanthropy
November is celebrated as the season of giving, and thus an opportunity to give of what we have been given. An opportunity to serve this season is the second annual Give What You Can intercollegiate philanthropy competition from November 9th - 24th. This canned food drive is Oklahoma State University's first intercollegiate philanthropy competition that raised more than 1,000 cans last year for the Stillwater Salvation Army's Thanksgiving and Christmas effort. This year, the college that contributes the most canned food items wins the Give What You Can Cup and chooses the recipient of all the donations.
