On behalf of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR), congratulations on your graduation! It is our privilege to invite you, your family, and other guests to the CASNR Reception preceding Commencement on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. in the Noble Research Center Atrium. The CASNR reception is a great opportunity for your family to meet the CASNR Family. Following the reception, guests will have time to walk to the Gallagher-Iba Arena to be in place by 10:15 a.m. when commencement begins. Graduates who attend the reception will walk to Gallagher-Iba Arena as a group departing by 9:50 a.m.

Graduates Assemble in Gallagher-Iba Arena:
All CASNR graduates must assemble in the practice gym on the SW side of Gallagher Iba Arena no later than 10:00 a.m. You must obtain and proof your reader card from the CASNR check-in table to participate in Commencement. You must also verify your completion of the CASNR Graduation Survey. If you have not completed the online Graduation Survey at http://graduationsurvey.casnr.okstate.edu/, you will be asked to complete a paper form.

Processional Begins:
The processional onto the floor of Gallagher-Iba Arena will begin promptly at 10:15 a.m. You must have your labeled reader card and line up in the practice gym in order to participate. Commencement Marshals will assist you with finding your seat on the arena floor by counting graduates in each line. Please pay attention to your Commencement Marshals so all graduates can be seated in an efficient and orderly fashion. Remain standing until you are asked to be seated by President Hargis. CASNR graduates are free to sit with any other CASNR graduate(s) they choose.
