The OSU HIRE System is HireOSUgrads.com’s Internet resource for employment. The on-line database is OSU Career Services' way of publicizing job announcements for full-time career positions and internships as well as part-time and work-study positions. The HIRE System also manages on-campus interview opportunities, including student applications and sign-ups, and archives student résumés for employers to search and view on-line. In short, students receive five basic benefits from maintaining an active HIRE System account:

1. Access to full-time, internship, part-time and work-study job postings,
2. The ability to apply for on-campus interviews with employers,
3. Resume referral service,
4. A secure site through which to post a resume for employers to view on-line, and
5. Access to and the ability to RSVP for upcoming Career Services activities and events, including employer information sessions and mock interview days.
