USDA’s Agricultural Outlook Forum provides producers, policymakers, business, government, and industry leaders with a unique opportunity to meet, exchange ideas, and discuss timely issues at the forefront of America’s agriculture. In an effort to increase the present and future diversity of participation in the Forum, USDA created this program that provides sponsorship opportunities for students to attend this annual event.

In addition to the criteria described in the announcement, all applicants are required to complete and submit the attached “2015 USDA Agricultural Outlook Forum Student Diversity Program Application”, which can be completed on the computer and saved prior to electronic submission. This application should be submitted along with each student’s essay.

The attached program announcement includes full details, including submission instructions. The deadline for submissions to CASNR is Thursday, November 6^th.

Please note that there are separate selection criteria for undergraduate and graduate students.
