Undergraduate Guidelines:

Must be a full-time student, pursuing a 4-year degree in an agricultural program

Must have college junior status (minimum of 60 credit hours)

Must have a Cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent

(must provide official or unofficial transcripts)

Must submit a resume

Must submit a 300-500 word essay answering the following question:

What’s the biggest challenge agriculture is faced with today?

Essays will be judged based on originality, creativity, understanding of the topic, punctuation and grammar.

Selection process:

All essays will be reviewed by the Lallemand Animal Nutrition, North America, management team

Applicants will be assessed based on their essay, resume and career vision How to apply:

Essays, transcripts and resumes must be submitted to lannamarketing@lallemand.com by July 25, 2016—no late scholarship submissions will be accepted—with the subject line: Lallemand Forward Scholarship. The selection process will begin on July 28 and the winner will be notified by August 15, 2016.

The scholarship will be awarded at the beginning of the Fall 2016 semester.
