Southwest Park and Recreation Training Institute Graduate & Undergraduate Scholarships
The Southwest Park and Recreation Training Institute provides some of the best quality and value in education, training, and networking opportunities for parks and recreation professionals.
Student scholarships are awarded to outstanding students preparing for a career in the park and recreation profession.
Student scholarships (2 undergraduate and 1 graduate) are awarded to outstanding students preparing for a career in the park and recreation profession. The scholarship will be a cash award in the amount of $1,000. In addition the Institute provides registration, with room and board for the award recipient to attend the Southwest Park and Recreation Training Institute.
Please note: Attendance to this year’s Southwest Parks Recreation Training Institute, Monday, February 08, thru Wednesday, February 10, 2016 is required for eligibility. All students will be notified of award decisions by December 14, 2015.
