2020 Browning Outstanding CASNR Freshman Award
This annual award is given to a sophomore student, who has exhibited academic accomplishment, evidence of leadership, participation in organizations, and who have received honors or recognition during his/her freshman year.

In 1995, Dr. Charles Browning, then Dean of the Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, established the Charles and Magda Browning Outstanding Freshman Award.
Application Criteria
- Applicants must have been enrolled as a first year full-time students (freshman) in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Oklahoma State University during both Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters.
- Applicants must have completed at least 24 credit hours in the 2018-2019 academic year and must be currently enrolled as a full-time, second-year student in the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources at Oklahoma State University.
Applications must be received in the Academic Programs Office, 136 Ag Hall by 5 p.m. on January 23.
