CASNR Outstanding Senior Award Application

Each spring semester the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources acknowledges outstanding seniors within CASNR who have accomplished extraordinary achievements in the areas of academics, leadership, scholarly activity, community involvement and career development. From submitted applications a committee of CASNR faculty, staff and administrators selects a group of senior students to be awarded recognition as CASNR Seniors of Distinction, and then selects from the Seniors of Distinction the Dean's Award Winners and the CASNR Outstanding Senior awardee. Applications for the CASNR Senior Awards become available each November 15 and must be submitted on or before January 15.

CASNR Student Council - Freshmen and Transfer Representative Application

CASNR Student Council is the student government of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The executive branch is made up of 11 executives and the representative branch of CASNR Student Council is made up of representatives selected by each of the clubs/organizations within the college. The CASNR Student Council executives coordinate many of the club/organization activities throughout the year.

CASNR Student Council is the “student government” of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, and comprised of two branches. The Executive branch is made up of 11 executives. The Representative of CASNR Student Council is made up of representatives selected by each of the clubs/organizations within the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources. The CASNR Student Council executives coordinate many of the club/organization activities throughout the year. Freshmen and Transfer Representatives are selected to help coordinate the activities sponsored by the CASNR Student Council. They attend all of the executive meetings as well as CASNR Student Full Council meetings. They also are placed under an executive as an intern in order to learn the roles of that position and help the executive in various ways.
