AFA Animal Institute Applications
Students interested in attending the AFA Animal Institute must apply and be selected for industry sponsorship. Participants are selected based on industry and leadership involvement, career goal and articulation of the benefit of the program to their career development. This opportunity is currently available to full-time students pursuing a 4-year degree with intentions on entering the workforce in an agricultural related profession. Sponsorship includes program registration and materials, lodging, transportation between meeting locations and meals throughout the Institute. Travel to the Institute, including parking and ground transportation is not included.

AFA Crop Institute Applications
The AFA Crop Science Institute brings up to 75 talented college men and women together to take part in a three-day program. Students are selected through a competitive application process and have expressed a specific interest in the crop and soil sciences sector. The itinerary will provide interaction between students and crop sector leaders; expose students to area businesses and other related service providers and include discussion and training to enhance student preparation to enter careers in the agriculture industry.

AFA Food Institute
If you are interested in learning more about what it takes to get food on your table, this Institute is for you! What happens after the raw ingredients leave the farm? From production and processing to R&D and marketing to packaging and everything in between, AFA Food Institute delegates are sure to leave with a broader picture of the food industry. Applications are due November 30 and selected students will be in Chicago, Illinois, February 7-9, 2016.

AFA Leaders Conference
AFA Leaders Conference is a four-track program designed to offer college men and women four different personal and professional development opportunities matched to their year in college. The program bridges the gap between academic, leadership and work experiences while helping students understand the impact of their decisions. Students are given the opportunity to network with peers and leaders in the agriculture industry as well as increase their excitement about the future of agriculture by creating awareness about career opportunities in food and agriculture. The AFA Leaders Conference will be held November 2-5, at the Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri. This four day Conference connects college students studying food and agriculture to key leader development opportunities, connections with industry leaders and potential internship and career opportunities.

AFA Policy Institute
Each March, Agriculture Future of America hosts 40 outstanding college men and women in Washington, D.C., for the AFA Policy Institute. This program connects students to their legislative representatives and the policy process. Applications are due November 30 and selected students will be in Washington, D.C. March 13-16, 2016.
